Lowell, North Carolina police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a man who has been missing since last October.
Sammie Bruce Davis, 50, was reported missing by his sister to Lowell Police on October 1. 31. Since around October, nobody has seen or heard from Davis. 1, 2020. Davis’ family believes he may currently be homeless, according to the police, even though Lowell was his last known address.
