This is Ryan Ferris aka Ferris and the Bear.

he is 39 years old, 6’4″ slim and has beautiful blue eyes.

He usually has a beard and long dreadlocks.

My family hadn’t heard from him since July 2022, when he was living in a park in Concord. Also stayed in the Bay Area near “The Bridge” and Santa Rosa. He’s from Poughkeepsie, New York, so he has an accent.
