The New York police is asking help from the general public in finding the identity of this nonverbal woman discovered in the Richmond Hill region of Ontario?
She was found on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 9:20 a.m when a concerned citizen reported seeing an unidentified woman in the area of Atkinson Road and Centre Street.
Officers approached the woman, who was not appropriately dressed for the weather and appeared to have spent some time outside, and spoke with her. Officers are unable to identify her because she appears to be nonverbal and cannot speak.
